PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
An entry level DDC Install Technician at Building System Solutions will assist in the installation of cable and conduit under the guidance of senior technicians, follow established procedures to ensure professional and efficient installation, maintain a high level of integrity and ethical working practices, learn and develop technical skills related to direct digital control systems and collaborate with the team to complete projects effectively and meet deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Journeyman Electrician, 1 year (Preferred)
- Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- License: Driver's License (Required)

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Valid Driver’s License
- Good driving record
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- High School graduate or equivalent

- Willing and able to comply with safe work practices
- Able to be on call
- Experience with low-voltage systems and controls
- Experience with high-voltage systems and controls
- Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the installation of electrical components, conduit, raceways, and wiring in buildings and job sites
- Organize and maintain tools and materials in vehicles and at job sites
- Follow instructions from senior technicians to ensure proper installation and repairs of electrical systems in accordance with National Electric Code
- Operate vehicles as required for job duties
- Coordinate schedules and work with the team to complete projects on time
- Develop the ability to read and interpret electrical plans and blueprints
- Assist with any other duties as requested by supervisors
